CoFoundr is a micro-SaaS platform built in just 3 days, designed to connect entrepreneurs in Australia seeking co-founders, investors, and business opportunities.

The platform includes user account management, opportunity posting, direct messaging between users, premium access with Stripe payments, and a full admin panel for moderating users and content to ensure a safe and active community.

Built with scalability and a modern UX in mind, the tech stack includes Next.js 14, TailwindCSS and PostgreSQL.

The project is now live and serves as a validation base for expansion into other regions.

As CTO of Me Salva!, I led the technical and product strategy behind one of Brazil’s largest education platforms, serving over 7 million registered students preparing for university entrance exams.

I managed cross-functional teams of software engineers, designers, and product managers, delivering scalable learning systems, video infrastructure, personalized learning journeys, and testing engines tailored for ENEM and medical school preparation.

Throughout my 9-year journey, I was directly involved in key business milestones — including playing an active role in the company’s successful M&A with Arco Educação.

In 2020, I was recognized by Forbes Brasil as one of the standout innovators in education for my contributions to digital learning at scale.

This experience shaped my ability to align product, tech, and business strategy in high-growth environments, while maintaining a strong focus on educational impact and user experience.

Led the development of an AI-powered system designed to recover abandoned sales across partner e-commerce platforms. The solution uses supervised machine learning, trained on millions of historical transactions, to predict customer purchase intent and decide whether a WhatsApp message should be sent — optimizing cost per recovery and preventing unnecessary messaging.

Delivered in under 30 days to meet a strategic launch deadline at one of the industry's biggest events, the system helped partners recover over R$2 million in lost revenue within 7 months.

Tech stack included Vue.js (frontend), Laravel (PHP) (backend), and Python for the AI model. The project stood out for its tight timeline, cross-functional coordination, and measurable ROI at scale — with millions of messages sent monthly under precise targeting logic.

Led the end-to-end development of a new payment link generation system, enabling Appmax partners — including e-commerce stores and digital product creators — to create flexible, trackable payment links tailored to different business contexts. The feature evolved from Appmax’s existing payment infrastructure but was built from scratch to address the needs of a more diverse user base.

Within just 5 months, it became the second most-used service in the company, processing over R$3 million in transactions in its first year.

The system allows for customization of pricing, expiration dates, and user redirection logic. It was built with Vue.js, PHP (Laravel), Node.js, MySQL, and RabbitMQ, using a distributed microservices architecture to ensure scalability and reliability under growing demand.

Led the full internationalization initiative of the Appmax platform, enabling Brazilian e-commerce merchants to sell seamlessly across Latin America in multiple currencies. The project tackled real-world complexities such as volatile exchange rates, local financial regulations, and chargeback management in high-risk regions.

The system was architected to support region-specific logic, real-time currency conversion, and compliance workflows — allowing merchants to operate cross-border without friction.

In just the first 6 months, the platform processed over USD 295,000.00 in international sales, marking a strategic expansion milestone for the company and significantly increasing its market footprint across Latin America.

Designed and developed a micro-SaaS conversational AI platform for Instagram and WhatsApp, built through my agency Digital Flux AI. The assistant uses Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) via Langchain + OpenAI, enabling e-commerce merchants to automate product inquiries from customers in natural language.

The AI agent can access and reference the merchant’s full product catalog to answer questions about prices, payment options, availability, and other custom-defined details, delivering a personalized and intelligent buying experience.

Built with React (frontend admin panel) and Node.js (backend + OpenAI API integration), the system is now in production and fully managed by the client. While usage data is not accessible post-handover, the platform is reportedly supporting dozens of e-commerce businesses.

As CTO at Me Salva!, I led the cross-functional initiative to build a comprehensive Design System and an internal low-code framework, aligning the efforts of frontend engineers, designers, and backend developers.

The Design System was built with scalability and consistency in mind — featuring Light and Dark modes, atomic components (atoms, molecules), responsive grid systems, and standardized spacing and typography guidelines.

Beyond UI consistency, we developed a low-code system on top of this architecture that dramatically reduced the average page development time from 10 days to just 2 days, accelerating product delivery and reducing technical overhead across squads.

This initiative significantly boosted team productivity, streamlined design-to-code workflows, and became a foundational layer for future product iterations across mobile and web platforms.

Created a smart retail system for Airbnb and short-term rentals that allows hosts to sell products inside their properties using QR codes. When guests arrive, they can simply scan the QR code placed inside the apartment to view, select, and purchase items (like snacks, drinks, or amenities) directly from their phone.

The host can fully manage the internal store through a web interface — including inventory control, pricing, sales tracking, and restocking workflows.

This system combines convenience for guests with automated revenue generation for hosts, offering a seamless in-stay commerce experience. It was designed and developed end-to-end by Digital Flux AI and is currently being piloted in multiple Airbnb listings.
